Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Nyota.shop, we take utmost care to ensure that every order is processed accurately and delivered to your satisfaction.
1. No Returns or Refunds After Delivery
Once an item has been delivered, we do not offer any returns or refunds.
This is because all our products are custom-made and printed on order, and cannot be reused or resold.
2. Cancellation Before Processing
You may request a cancellation within 3 hours of placing your order.
A cancellation fee of ₹120 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Replacement Before Design Finalization
If you wish to change or replace the product (for example, switch to another design or size), you may do so only if the design has not yet been created or finalized.
Once the design or customization work has begun, replacements are no longer possible.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product, and we will assist you with a suitable resolution.
